These exceptional tenants are taking advantage of downtown Gainesville's healthy economy and the opportunities afforded by Sun Center's street level retail and restaurant center. The dense concentrations of office and government employees by day and entertainment seekers by night make the downtown area a great place to grow a business. Limited opportunities still exist to become a part of Sun Center. One nightclub/restaurant space, one retail space and a couple office spaces are currently available.
